Affordable Art!
I can trace my art addiction back to the first piece of original art I purchased, which I discussed in this post. From then on I’ve been hooked. I’m constantly on the look out for new, and interesting artists. Today, I’m going to let you all in on my favorite female artists.
First up is Clare Elsaesser. Her art can be found here on Etsy. She sells prints that are incredibly affordable, and original pieces as well. I own the piece in the bottom left corner called “undertow” and I love it just as much today, as I did 10 years ago. Bonus: Clare is currently have a SALE in her Etsy shop!
The gallery below is a collection from Kate Roebuck. Kate’s art is simple in nature, but makes a big impact. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll probably recognize the print that hangs in my living room. Kate’s art can be found on Artfully Walls and on One Kings Lane. The prints on One Kings Lane are more expensive, but they are already framed! If you are buying a larger piece of art, it is 100% worth it to buy a pre-framed piece, it can save you quite a bit of money in the long run.
Pamela Munger is the artist who painted my original piece of art (seen here). I love that she sells her original art at extremely affordable prices. That means you can buy a one-of-a-kind piece without breaking the bank. You can find her collection linked here on Etsy. I have spoken to her via Instagram and she is very kind, a gem of a lady! All the more reason to buy one of her beautiful paintings.
I just recently discovered Maren Devine, and I quickly fell in love with her Warrior Girl series. These prints would look incredible in a little girl’s room, or even in your home office! Maren sells her lively and colorful art here, on her own website.
The last female artist in today’s lineup is Nell Waters Bernegger. Nell is one of my favorite abstract artists. Her work can be found pre-framed at One Kings Lane or in multiple sizes, and unframed, at Artfully Walls. Of course on Artfully Walls you do have the option of adding a frame, which is perfect for those who prefer to choose their own frame color and style. I chose the frame style for the one on the top left, on Artfully Walls.
If you decide to purchase an unframed piece of art, via Etsy or another site, Framebridge is an excellent option to consider! I have used their framing services serval times and I have been very pleased with the prices, options, and the simplicity of the process. Nothing but five star reviews from Sara Smith Interiors!
That’s it for this week friends. If you’re in the market for a new piece of art, give these ladies a try. They might have a piece that’s absolutely perfect for your home! If you have a friend or a family member with blank walls, spread the love and pass this along. After all, a wall with no art is a very sad wall.
Until next time…
Artfully yours,
Sara
