Sometimes I feel like I need a quick win. When my to do list for home improvements is ever growing…master bath remodel, kitchen remodel, fireplace tiling, painting, etc. I start craving an easy improvement that won’t break the bank. Do ya feel me on this one? If so, then new jewelry is a great place to start! By jewelry, of course, I mean the jewelry on your cabinets: knobs and pulls.
New hardware is an easy DIY update that can tie you over until you have the money to do what really want to do in your kitchen and bathroom (i.e. major reno). Please note that some of these styles can be used interchangebaly. The hardware that I put under the farmhouse category would work equally well in a traditional home. It’s a matter of personal taste, really. As a rule of thumb, traditional hardware has more detail while modern hardware is clean and simple.
